We accept credit card and e-check payments via PayPal. TrafficStep.com will begin your campaign within 48 hours from the purchase time. Traffic campaigns usually begin within 24 hours as long as the advertised URL complies with our terms of use and the payment has been cleared. All services are conducted on a first come, first served basis. 

You may split the traffic to more than one site. When you purchase a traffic package just let us know in the comments section which sites you would like to promote and the amount of traffic for each site. You can let us know how much traffic you want daily or even hourly.

We do not provide live stats of your traffic campaign. We recommend you utilize the traffic stats from your web host or through third party analytics, like Sitemeter.com or Google Analytics. You may also choose to submit your link through a URL shortener like Bit.ly, which will keep accurate traffic stats as well. Keep in mind that the delivery of traffic can never be exact to what you order due to user surfing patterns, which is why we tell our clients to expect a small variance on each order.

Terms of Service

All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Furthermore, your advertising/web page must comply fully with the following conditions:

 1. TrafficStep.com WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to:

* Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, porn, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, etc.

2. Your advertisement page can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings or contain any frame breaking codes.

3. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, TrafficStep.com will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

How is your traffic generated?

Traffic is generated by targeted domain name redirections, user surfing programs, pop-unders, pop-ups, exit pops, banner exchanges and traffic exchanges. Each one displays our clients' sites in full page views and guarantees a physical person will see your site every time.

Is the traffic relevant?

It is most definitely relevant traffic because the system first "spiders" the website and picks out any known meta tags and relevant content. Then the campaign is targeted based on those keywords/industry tags. Some of the traffic will be random because we can't control what the end user will do. Either way, TrafficStep offers a very inexpensive way to drive real traffic to a client's website.

How will I know that your traffic is being delivered?

Clients are able to see a log of IP addresses that have visited their site by logging into their traffic account through their web host or their analytics system. There you should see the visits in the webstats (Webalizer/AWStats) and RAW Access Server Logs. In an effort to be fair and transparent, we DO NOT provide campaign statistics. As we state above, we recommend you utilize traffic stats from your web host or subscribe to a third party analytics system, such as Sitemeter.com or Google Analytics, which is free.

Are you able to deliver a large amount of traffic per day to my site?

Yes, just send us the request and we will do our best to deliver the amount requested.

I receive the traffic but I'm not getting any sales or sign-ups, why?

Unfortunately, we do not guarantee sales or sign-ups. This is highly dependent on your site, the type of product or service, the overall presentation and how receptive the visitors are to your product or service. We do guarantee that you will receive all the traffic you have purchased.

How long will it take to deliver my traffic and how much traffic will I get each day?

Smaller traffic campaigns (5k-10k) are delivered within 10 days. When you purchase 5,000 visitors, you can count on approximately 40 visits/hour or 800-1,000 visits/day and your campaign will be done within a week. With 10,000 visitors, you can count on approximately 75/hour or 1,200/day and the campaign will be done within 10 days.

25,000 visitors = approx 1,800/day and complete within 15 days
50,000 visitors = approx 2,500/day and complete within 30 days
100,000 visitors = approx 3,500/day and complete within 45 days

Can I see where my site is being advertised or can you provide a link so that I can see where my site is being promoted?

We display and rotate hundreds of millions of ads/sites a month through our ad servers. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a link or show you exactly where your ads are shown for your site, again this is a function of end-user surfing patterns and there is no way to pinpoint the exact place in time where your site will show.

Does TrafficStep.com generate hits using SPAM?

Absolutely NOT! The traffic we deliver is legitimate. We do not use mass email systems or post to newsgroups.

Where will my banners show up?

We display and rotate hundreds of millions of ads/sites a month through our ad servers. Our network of sites is now just over 10,000 and in addition, we own the top banner area on all of the traffic surfing sites we work with. We have to ability to serve up hundreds of millions of banner impressions each month that we guarantee will be seen because the surfers do not get credit for viewing the site if they don't click the link we provide right next to or under the banner ad.
